- Pizza seasoning -1 tsp
- Garlic paste -1 tsp
- Baby corns blanched
- Red chili powder -1 tsp
- Toasted bread crumbs
- Mayonnaise -¾ cup
- Olive oil
- Cornflour -2-3tbsp
- Vinegar – 2 tsp
- Boiled potatoes mashed -1 cup
- Coriander leaves -2 tsp
- Parsley chopped
- Powdered sugar -1 tbsp
- Ginger chilli paste -1 ½ tsp
- Onion finely chopped -1
- Capsicum finely chopped -1
- green chilies finely chopped -3-4
Chop the corn lengthwise into half.
Add pizza seasoning, chilli powder, garlic paste, salt, vinegar and olive oil.
Mix well and coat the corns with this marinade, making sure the corns don’t break.
Cook, without oil, in a pan for one minute.
Add mashed potatoes, ginger paste, cornflour, coriander leaves and salt in a bowl and mix.
Take a little ball of this mixture and flatten in your hand.
Put a corn slice on it and cover it completely.
Coat with bread crumbs and deep fry.
For the dip:
Add mayonnaise, bell peppers, onions, green chilli, parsley, sugar, pinch of salt and 1/8th tsp garlic paste. Drizzle a little olive oil. Mix well and refrigerate.
In a shot glasses pour a tsp of the dip ad place a single cigar on top and serve.
